Experienced warehouse/stores person required:

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, main duties to include:

Transporting materials from the main warehouse to other factory sites on the industrial estate as required, moving finished goods to their despatch location if different to the manufacturing site and transporting internal post and other sundries.

Receiving deliveries of materials and checking quantity, quality and type and rejecting / quarantining non-conforming products

Booking materials onto computer accurately, conducting weekly physical counts, reconciling variances

Working with the Warehouse Manager to ensure adequate stock levels, producing weekly stock take sheets

Co-ordinating with factory departments ensuring relevant materials are transferred in a timely and efficient way.

Carrying out stock takes of materials held directly in the factories

Unloading deliveries and ensuring all materials are stored according, to company guidelines and organising floor space effectively

Carrying out regular inspections of the racking, and reporting any faults or damage to the maintenance department in accordance with HSE Warehousing and Storage guidelines and SEMA code of practice.

The core hours of work are 8-4:45 Monday- Friday, with 28 days paid annual leave inclusive of bank holidays.

A Counterbalance FLT license and a full clean driving license are essential for this role. A Bendi FLT license is advantageous, but not essential.

You will be responsible manufacturing air filters or their components to a variety of specifications, working within our despatch warehouse or operating a machine. No experience is required as fully paid training is provided on site.

Your role and responsibilities:

· Effective manufacture of components to support the delivery of high quality products.

Jasun Envirocare Plc is looking for experienced Ventilation/ Duct work hygiene operatives to join our teams based in the Bristol/Cardiff area.

Main duties to include cleaning of ventilation ductwork, plant and associated system components, general cleaning works, fitting of access doors to ventilation systems and installation of filters to ventilation plant and fire damper testing. Full training will be given.

Main duties to include cleaning of ventilation ductwork, plant and associated system components, general cleaning works, fitting of access doors to ventilation systems and installation of filters to ventilation plant and fire damper testing. Full training will be given.

The Operational Services Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the Waterlooville based service department, covering the Air Hygiene and Water Treatments departments of about 40 members of staff, with nationwide contracts.

Personal qualities
A decisive leader with a proven background in facilities management, you will be commercially aware with a good understanding of management accounts, pricing, and budgeting.
You will be confident working with contract management, service level agreements (SLA’s), KPI’s, P&L.
You will have an entrepreneurial attitude, with the ability to create and sustain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
You will have a grounding in health and safety legislation ensuring the branch and its activities always remain compliant. You will monitor and approve risk and method statements for works carried out at client premises.
You will have the ability to inspire and enable staff at all levels, setting targets and mentoring excellence.

Preferred Skills/Experience
Good understanding of LEV over all. Good appreciation of best practice and industry recognised methods. Experience of working as an LEV testing engineer. Some experience in servicing involving air filters, fan and ductwork.

This is a national coverage role but ideally the engineer would be within reasonable distance of our Somerset head office (Bridgwater).
